Working within a close-knit and supportive team, you will manage a substantial commercial portfolio while collaborating with experienced professionals across leasing, property management, and support functions. The Opportunity You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150–180 commercial/industrial properties, ensuring high levels of service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio Liaising with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders Negotiating lease renewals and new lease agreements Conducting rent reviews and managing lease compliance Monitoring and managing arrears Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repairs About You Minimum 3 years’ property management experience (with at least 2 years in commercial) Strong communication and relationship management skills Highly organised with excellent time management Proven ability to manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Agents Representative Certificate (essential) Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle What’s on Offer Salary circa $100K - $110K super (flexible based on experience) Immediate start available Strong operational support (including trust accounting and safety measures assistance) Collaborative and high-performing team environment Long-term career opportunity within a stable business Culture You’ll be joining a supportive, professional, and down-to-earth team that values collaboration, accountability, and high standards.
