MARS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with reputable age care provider on the recruitment of an experienced Clinical Manager to join their residential aged care leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior aged care clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident outcomes, leading high-performing teams and driving strong clinical governance within a well-established aged care service.
You'll play a key leadership role across the home, providing visible support to the clinical and care teams while ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant and resident-centred.
About the Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will work closely with the Residential Care Manager and broader operational and quality teams to oversee clinical standards, support continuous improvement initiatives and drive best-practice care outcomes across the service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Clinical oversight and governance across the home
* Leading and mentoring nursing and care teams
* Chairing MDT meetings and the Medication Advisory Committee (MAC)
* Oversight of AN-ACC reviews and reassessments
* Managing clinical risk, SIRS and high-risk/high-prevalence issues
* Supporting accreditation readiness and Aged Care Standards compliance
* Incident investigation, open disclosure and documentation quality
* Building positive resident and family relationships
* Oversight of audits, WHS and Infection Prevention & Control initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 5 years' clinical leadership experience within aged care
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Standards
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive positive clinical outcomes
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A collaborative and resident-focused leadership style
Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
