**The Opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a driven and customer-centric person to join our Sales team in Osborne Park as a Technical Sales Support Officer and help drive our business in Perth.
The purpose of this rapid-paced, diverse, and challenging role is to provide technical support to the Sales team and customers to select product and develop quotes for projects and tenders.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing project and product specifications, select product, and provide quotes within relevant time frames and other project parameters to customers.
- Prepare preliminary solutions and pricing on products as requested by internal or external customers.
- Provide product information - including data, product brochures, etc. - upon request provide advice and guidance on technical queries to both internal and external customers.
- Maintain appropriate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Assist Sales staff with project-related calls to/from customers when required.
**The Person**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma
- An HVAC trade qualification along with demonstrated experience and knowledge in HVAC, will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as having the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner.
- The ability to read and interpret technical plans and tender specifications.
- A high level of organisation skills with demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to learning and personal development.
