These roles are ongoing, howevernon-ongoing for up to 12 months with the possibility of extensionup to 2 years may be considered.
Remuneration: The annual salary range for the position is APS6 - $99,734 -$111,701p.a., plus a generous employer superannuationcontribution of 15.4%.
About theopportunity
The MemberServicessectionsare responsible forprovidingsupport to the Tribunal's members. This includes providingadministrative support to Members withmattersconstitutedorallocatedto them,liaising with parties, file managementincluding preparingMember files and notifying decisionsand finalisingmatters.
The Team Leader reports totheAssistant Directorandprovides leadership anddirection toan operational teamby coordinating andmanaging workflows; motivating,coaching,and influencingstaff; managing performance and ensuring the services provided tothe ART's users andMembers are effective andefficient.

Duties mayinclude:
* Support the Assistant Directorto identify team priorities, ensure quality outputs, providehigh quality advice on registry issues and guide team membersto resolve problems as they arise in a timelymanner.
* Build a team culture ofcontinuous improvement,inclusiveness,accountability,and respectfulness,with the ability to respond to fast changingneeds.
* Build high level productiverelationships with Members, Senior Members, List Leaders andJurisdictional Area Leaders.
* Provide direction, supervision,motivation, training/development guidance via active mentoringandtimelyperformance development plans orperformance management according to Workplace Relations &Wellbeing policies.
* Coordinatenewstaffinduction;monitorindividual trainingplans and regularly check in with Members and TribunalOfficers/Tribunal Services Officers to record individualachievements and developmentneeds.
* Reallocate work and resources inresponse to absences, member needs, caseload priorities andsupervise the efficient utilisation of the member servicespool.
* Manage relationships withstakeholders including national counterparts to achieve workarea consistency and agencygoals.
* Update, implementandmaintainaccurateprocesses andprocedures
Qualifications
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualifications ORrelevant experience in a similar work environment ORsubject-matterexpertiserelated to one or more ofthe ART'sjurisdictions.
* A completed,orsubstantially completed, recognised degree in laws ofan Australian tertiary institution or comparable overseasqualification.

* Required to undertake anAustralian Federal Police Check and a HealthAssessment
