This role exists to create early commercial traction, validate go‐to‐market approaches, close deals and convert demand into revenue, particularly through trade‐led and insurer‐influenced channels. You will be operating at the front edge of the business, ahead of fully established sales channels, balancing early‐stage market learning with clear revenue accountability.What you will doThis is a hands‐on, execution‐focused role where outcomes matter. You will:Hunt for opportunity by actively engaging plumbers, trade influencers, insurers and asset owners to uncover demand and unlock new use cases.Build and progress a strong pipeline, moving opportunities from first conversation through to pilot, trial and closed‐won outcomes.Close the deal, taking ownership of opportunities across the full sales lifecycle with clear close plans and conversion discipline.Create market pull by building awareness, advocacy and preference for our Leak Protection solutions in market.Test, learn and refine, validating value propositions, pricing and commercial models based on real‐world customer insight.Utilise technology and AI, identifying how data, automation and smarter solutions can drive better outcomes for customers and partners.Expand the addressable market, identifying and prioritising opportunities across residential, strata, asset owners and insurer‐driven segments.Build strong, trusted relationships across the plumbing and insurance ecosystems, becoming a credible and well‐connected presence in market.Feed insights back into the business, working closely with Product, Marketing, Innovation and Operations to shape scalable, repeatable offers.What success looks likeIn this role, success is tangible and measurable.
