You will
* Manage a portfolio of accounts end to end, from shipment coordination to client communication
* Book shipping lines, manage overseas agents, and arrange deliveries
* Liaise with a back-office support team to ensure smooth execution across all accounts
* Be the consistent, reliable point of contact your clients can count on
You have
* Experience in freight forwarding operations or account management
* CargoWise experience is a plus
