We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coordinator to join our Outside School Hours Care team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of passionate Educators and contribute to the development of engaging programs for primary-age children.
The successful candidate will work on a permanent part-time basis, with 32 hours per week available. The position involves split shifts from Monday to Friday: 6:30am-9:00am and 2:00pm-6:00pm, with extra hours available during school holidays.
* Program Development: Develop and facilitate child-centered programs full of exciting experiences.
* Relationship Building: Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, and parents.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
* Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, and administration.
