They are open to capable individuals based interstate additionally. They have a strong forward pipeline of work currently, and are growing from strength to strength with a well-developed and resourced team.
Your new role
* Leading the design and delivery of major structural engineering projects
* Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and stakeholders
* Managing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
* Driving technical excellence and innovation across projects
* Contributing to business development and client relationship management
* Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and quality systems
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience within structural engineering consultancy
* Proven capability in leading large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
* Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) highly regarded
* Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
* Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving
