What You'll Bring
* Previous hotel experience in a similar guest‐facing role, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Valid Driver's Licence with proven ability to safely operate guest vehicles; prior valet parking experience highly desirable.
* Skilled in anticipating and promptly attending to guest needs, ensuring personalised and timely service.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer warm, professional greetings and farewells to guests at all times.
* Positive knowledge of the local area and support guests with reservations and information on attractions and dining.
* Competent in handling guest luggage transfers and maintaining a clean, organised hotel entrance and foyer.
* Experienced in coordinating guest requests across multiple departments and following up to guarantee satisfaction.
