Support Worker Job
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team. Your work will be varied and exciting.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You will be supporting participants on a day-to-day basis, providing care and companionship in their own homes or in community settings.
* You will have the chance to attend medical appointments, provide support during daily activities, and engage participants in recreational activities.
* You will work collaboratively with other support workers, managers, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care is provided at all times.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certification in Disability Support (or equivalent experience)
* Experience working with people with disabilities, particularly those with complex needs
* A full and clean Australian driver's licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
* Good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
