Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers; build strong relationships through sales and high service standards in a customer-facing role.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage deliveriesEnsure a safe work environmentDemonstrate safe driving behavioursDeliver high level customer serviceBuild strong customer bondsSafely deliver parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealershipsActively promote products and marketing activities when deliveringAssist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and handling customer enquiriesNote: this role requires lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving/machine operation.Who We're Looking ForAbility to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgencyCustomer service mindset; can build strong customer relationshipsFriendly and knowledgeableComfort working independentlyPhysical capacity to perform duties (including handling heavy products)Conscious of workplace safety alwaysOngoing commitment to safe driving practicesHold a current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)Availability Mon–Fri with flexibility for other days if requiredFormer GPC team members are welcome to apply.
