Noogaleek and Winnanggay Early Learning Centres are seeking an experienced, passionate and values‐driven Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our services in Wollongong.

About the Role
As the Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and compliance of both Noogaleek and Winnanggay Early Learning Centres.
You will provide educational and operational leadership, mentor and support educators, build strong relationships with families and the community, and ensure the delivery of high‐quality early childhood programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day‐to‐day operations of both centres.
* Fulfil the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with all legislative, regulatory and funding requirements.
* Lead, mentor and support educators to achieve best practice outcomes.
* Drive continuous quality improvement and maintain high standards across all Quality Areas.
* Manage staffing, rosters, performance and professional development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, community stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
* Support culturally responsive practices that recognise and celebrate Aboriginal culture and perspectives.
* Manage centre budgets, occupancy targets and operational performance.
* Promote a positive, collaborative and child‐focused workplace culture.
About You
* Approved Early Childhood qualification (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved qualification such as a Diploma).
* Experience as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor or in a senior leadership role within Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities.
* Current Working With Children Check (NSW).
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong understanding of child safety and safeguarding obligations.
* Experience working within Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations or culturally diverse environments.
* Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal cultures, histories and communities.
* Experience managing multiple services or sites.
