Hearth Allied Health is a growing Allied Health NDIS registered business, offering a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated Occupational Therapy and Allied Health team within the Hearth Home Solution for housing in the disability sector.
Working on the Hearth Home Solution as a senior Occupational Therapist includes overseeing assessment of the best options and solutions for clients who are preparing to set up their recent home. You will be guided by one of Australia’s leading Occupational Therapists with expertise on NDIS home and living solutions. This senior role includes guiding clinicians to build relationships with clients and make recommendations, enabling the delivery of future‑focussed home and living goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated Occupational Therapy and Allied Health team
- Oversee assessment of options and solutions for clients setting up their new home
- Be guided by an experienced Occupational Therapist with NDIS home and living solutions expertise
- Guide clinicians to build relationships with clients and make recommendations
- Enable delivery of future‑focussed home and living goals
Requirements
- Experienced Occupational Therapist with a positive, contemporary attitude to people with disability
- Client driven evidence-based therapy services
- Clinically accomplished and confident with leadership capabilities
- Good working knowledge of the NDIS
- Experience in AT, home mods, SIL & SDA assessments is desirable
- Experience working in the disability sector
- Committed to interdisciplinary practice with excellent communication skills
- Skilled in the provision of Supervision and Education
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or recognised equivalent degree
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Employee WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driving licence & a registered vehicle
