About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Night Supervisor to join our Front Office Team. With an eye for detail and a love for numbers you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of reporting and accounting procedures as well as delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full time role covering the Night Manager's rostered days off (Wednesday & Thursday) and does involve the preparation of overnight room service and general public area cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete all daily auditing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Oversee hotel operations in the absence of the Night Manager
Prepare and deliver the overnight Room Service menu
Perform front office duties including guest check-in/check-out, responding to guest requests, and managing incoming calls
Maintain hotel safety and security standards
Uphold exceptional presentation across all hotel areas
Skills & Experience:
Previous hotel Front Office experience essential; Night Audit experience highly regarded
Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
Ability to think quickly, prioritise effectively, and manage time confidently
Innovative, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
Strong problem-identification and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work overnight shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
Practical working knowledge of the OPERA property management system
