About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Claims Executive to take ownership of complex claims and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish, ensuring they're handled in line with policy terms and service standards while providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice to clients, brokers and account management teams on all claims‐related matters.
* Interpret policy wording and review claim circumstances to assess claims.
* Manage and progress claims, advocating for outcomes in the client's best interest.
* Investigate and negotiate complex and non‐standard claims.
* Partner with Claims Leaders to deliver structured and strategic solutions.
* Support dispute resolution processes, including IDR and AFCA matters.
Qualifications
* Client‐servicing experience, including front‐line client‐facing interactions.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of claims and claims lodgement processes.
* Knowledge of insurance products and markets for commercial/S–ME industry segments.
* Demonstrated client‐advocacy skills and experience.
* Ability to maintain and grow relationships with new or existing clients and underwriting partners.
