The Role
We seek a seasoned Solutions Consultant to join our client solutions team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, structured problem-solving skills, a strong technical background, and excellent relationship and presentation skills.
1. Understanding Client Needs
o Identify and articulate client business problems or opportunities and how technology can drive value creation.
o Conduct assessments of clients' existing environments and influence strategies and solutions that deliver tangible business value.
o Break down complex challenges into actionable solutions, including design, business case, and delivery planning.
o Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
2. Design and Deliver Client Solutions
o Develop tailored and innovative solutions that meet diverse client needs, incorporating various technologies.
o Enhance business processes, operating models, and ways of working to drive tangible outcomes.
o Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and effectiveness.
o Provide high-level estimates and advise on commercial or execution risk.
3. Relationship and Stakeholder Management
o Build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
o Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance throughout sales and implementation phases.
o Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Pre-Sales Activities
o Engage in pre-sales activities, preparing compelling presentations and demonstrations.
o Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and the broader industry.
o Present proposals and other sales-related documentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in AI and consulting.
* Background in one or more core technical domains: Cloud, Digital, Data, or Security.
* Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Capacity to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
