Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter

In this role you will play a vital role in driving our growth by generating leads and booking appointments for our sales team. This role does not involve selling over the phone but focuses on scheduling no‐obligation consultations with potential clients interested in our digital advertising services.
Responsibilities
* Generate leads through cold-calling, email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.
* Qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointments scheduled.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and appointment setting.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in the industry.
* At least 6 months experience in cold-calling, appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment.
