Main Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery: Provide outstanding service to residents and visitors in person, over the phone, and online, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Enquiry Management: Manage resident enquiries, package deliveries, guest bookings, and move-in logistics with attention to detail and precision.
* Front-of-House Operations: Maintain front-of-house areas spotless, safe, and welcoming, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Community Engagement: Assist with planning, promoting, and running community events and resident engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
* Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support, including communications and CRM updates, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
* Leasing Enquiries: Assist with leasing enquiries and ensure resident satisfaction, providing personalized support and guidance.
* Local Insights: Share local tips and insights to enhance the resident experience, promoting a sense of place and connection.
