Project Planner / Scheduler

The Role
* Deliver planning, programming and scheduling services using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ASTA and Excel
* Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
* Assess and advise on time-related risks, delays and project performance
* Support project controls, reporting and critical path analysis activities
* Work closely with clients, project managers, contractors and key stakeholders
* Prepare and present high-quality reports, insights and recommendations
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement
Your Experience
* 3–5 years of Australian experience in project planning, scheduling or delay analysis within construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (essential)
* Experience with ASTA or similar planning software highly regarded
* Solid understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
* Exposure to earned value analysis and project controls principles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across all levels
Essential Requirements
* Australian construction industry experience
* Current unrestricted driver's licence
* Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
* Proven hands‐on experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
