Service Advisor Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our customer-facing service team. Located in Footscray, our Service team is driven to provide customers with exceptional vehicle service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective management of vehicle servicing processes from customer drop-off to pick-up.
* Excellent communication and coordination between customers and the workshop team.
* Prompt and professional response to customer vehicle service inquiries.
* Accurate administration and processing of customer vehicle services, including payments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Previous dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
* Reliability, organization, and a proven track record of delivering above-benchmark customer satisfaction results.
