Causal Cellar Door Attendant

We currently have an exciting opportunity available at our Vineyard just outside of Hobart, Tasmania. We are looking for a dedicated Cellar Door Attendant to join our team and support day-to-day operations at the Cellar Door.
We are looking to expand our Cellar Door operation to 7 days a week, this role will be is aiming to full in 2 week days of operations and help out over some weekend days when needed
What you will be doing:
· Greeting and welcoming guests to the cellar door
· Guiding guests and tours through wine tastings
· Educating guests about our products and venue
· Assisting with sales and transactions
· Preparing cheese platters for our guests
· Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the Cellar Door
· Assisting with functions and weddings
What we are looking for:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Enthusiastic about wine and local products
· Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
· Experience in the wine industry is a bonus but not essential
· Barista skills is a bonus but not essential
· Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
· Australian work authorisation is required for this position
