The successful applicant will be involved in marketing initiatives, client communication, and administrative tasks such as:
* Assisting with property listings and client follow-ups
* Preparing marketing materials and coordinating online advertising
* Managing social media updates and property marketing campaigns
* Maintaining and updating the CRM database with client and listing details
* Organising open homes, appointments, and photography sessions
* Liaising with solicitors and clients to coordinate contracts and documentation
* Providing general administrative support including emails, phone calls, and office coordination
