Are you a Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician/Mechanic or similar with over 5 years of experience on tools or experience with tracked vehicles?
Do you want to take a step away from hands on work to a hands‐off role and get involved in training the next generation of technicians for one of the largest international UK Defence and Engineering companies? You will receive comprehensive training and support to directly impact future technicians.
This rare and exciting opportunity invites a Vehicle Mechanic/Technician to join an expanding training and development provider to the UK MoD. This varied role will involve daily delivery of technical training in vehicle maintenance, adhering to curriculum guidelines, and creating a secure training setting both online and in the workshop. You will also contribute to course enhancement, trainee assessments, and incorporate updated technologies to aid the teaching process. Full training and qualification investment will be provided.
The Role
* Delivery of Technical Vehicle Maintenance Training
* Developing course content, incorporating new technologies
* Full training on teaching + funded qualification courses
* Monday to Friday
The Person
* Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic/Technician or similar
* Desire to transition off the tools
* Willing to conduct a micro‐teach at interview stage
