Support Worker Opportunities
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide in-home care and support services to individuals, enabling them to live independently.
The role involves traveling between clients' homes, assisting with daily living and lifestyle requirements by delivering person-centered care and support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Social support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, medical appointments
* Assisting customers with the use of aids, including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
* Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting progress
* Participating in team meetings and attending training as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian Federal Police Clearance
* CPR / First Aid Certificate
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
* Smartphone with internet access
