Redpath Partners Associate Director – National
Global Architecture studio with Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane studio network seeks its next Principal to join Brisbane.
Established and renowned for high‑end design‑driven assisted/seniors living, this studio is diversifying into wider living asset classes: BTR/BTS, co‑living.
Working independently and collaboratively, this role will lead new business growth in Brisbane, leveraging client relationships and the studio’s reputation.
Responsible for projects, clients and accounts; oversees local marketing and business development on a day‑to‑day basis with guidance from the Regional Directors.
Develop new business aligned with the Global vision and agreed strategic marketing and business development plan, cultivate and expand existing objectives, promote the business externally, and ensure project delivery to a high standard.
Base Pay Range
A$165,000.00/yr – A$300,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
* Lead new business growth within the living sector in the South East Queensland market.
* Responsibility for projects, clients, and accounts.
* Local marketing and business development daily, aligned with global, regional, and local business plans.
* Develop new business aligned with the global vision and strategic marketing plan.
* Promote the business externally to increase brand awareness and market position.
* Ensure delivery of projects to a high standard.
Ideal Profile/Qualifications
* Minimum 10‑15 years’ experience in architecture or interior design practice, or running a similar sized architectural or business.
* Registered architect or industry professional.
* Bachelor of Architecture degree.
* Client and industry network in residential, BTR, BTS, student housing, co‑living, seniors living, and other living‑related property sectors.
* Expert knowledge within these sectors, ideally in Brisbane.
* Relationships with interstate property developers/investors seeking expansion into SE QLD.
* Leadership and ability to inspire.
* Ability to make clear, objective decisions for the good of the practice.
* High level design skills.
* Ability to develop and maintain local and global business opportunities.
* Previous track record of building client relationships and winning work.
