Human Resources and Marketing Administrator
AUS Fleet Solutions (AFS) Group is seeking a highly motivated and organised Human Resources and Marketing Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our HR, Safety and Marketing teams!
This dynamic role is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and processing functions of the HR and Marketing departments. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the Group Services team to help drive the continued growth and success of AFS.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Group Services and Management teams with HR and Marketing systems and procedures
* Maintain up to date and accurate employee files
* Maintain the HRIS, Learning and Safety platforms
* Support product launches and service communications
* Process marketing and promotional items
* Ensure effective operation of the day‐day administrative functions
* Build professional working relationships with AFS Managers and Head Office personnel
About You
* Previous experience in administration, HR or marketing is preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Excel etc.)
* A proactive and positive approach to tasks
* Ability to maintain professional working relationships
