Job Description
At Boeing Defence Australia, you will work on the E-7A Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft, supporting technical publication development for the UK Air Force and potentially other international programs.
Opportunity

This role offers the chance to apply your technical experience in a new setting, initially focusing on publication development with the potential to support additional programs.
Location
Brisbane, Adelaide, or Williamtown – this role is flexible.
Responsibilities
* Develop and review critical and routine technical publication revisions for AEW&C customers.
* Communicate clear instructions for incorporation of technical publication tasks to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
* Collaborate closely with AEW&C Coordinators and Execution Leads to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks for project revision deliveries.
Experience and Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures / Mechanical)
* Experience in maintenance and/or operations of Boeing 737 or AEW&C aircraft (highly regarded)
* Ability to evaluate technical source data and specifications
* Experience authoring technical publications (desirable)
* Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions
* Analytical skills for troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, modification, or redesign of assigned end items
* Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Defence Security Clearance
* Current Australian Citizenship
* Technical knowledge of military systems (desirable)
