We are a leading Australian property marketing firm specializing in large estates and community developments. The Director's Office is seeking a project sales executive to support marketing and product pricing strategy across Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Hunter Valley.
Responsibilities
* Attend developer meetings and provide strategic input.
* Take initial enquiries and register Expression of Interest (EOI).
* Proactively follow up past enquiries.
* Suggest communication strategies to promote site progress.
* Provide high‐level customer support for inbound enquiries.
* Understand purchaser needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Negotiate and sell apartments, land, spec homes and house & land packages.
Qualifications
* Experienced Project Sales Executive with excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
* Proactive, strong networking ability.
* Strong local knowledge of Lake Macquarie, Newcastle or the Central Coast.

* Generous base salary & commissions (OTE $200K‐$300K).
