Who are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced FacilitiesManager with a strong background in shopping centres in the Queensland region. Thecandidate must have experience managing multiple sites simultaneously,demonstrating flexibility and resilience in juggling competing priorities.
The Role
Manage facilities across 6 shopping centres.Oversee contractors, budgets, and projects in a fast-paced retail environment.Join a small team where you can make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee facilities operations acrossmultiple shopping centres, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and runningefficiently
* Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is delivered on time and to standard
* Monitor budgets and deliver capital works projects from planning through to completion
* Maintain and troubleshoot building systems(HVAC, electrical, fire, lifts)to minimise disruption
* Work with retailers and stakeholders toresolve issues quickly, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
