About the Role: Esjay Commercial Plastering is seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our growing commercial fit-out and renovation team.
Key Responsibilities: · Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to determine layout and materials required · Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and metal · Install doors, windows, frames, flooring, walls, ceilings, and other fixtures · Construct and repair frameworks, partitions, and ceiling · Conduct site measurements and ensure work complies with building standards and safety regulations · Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery Skills and Experience Required: · Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification · At least 2 years of relevant work experience in commercial or residential carpentry · Strong knowledge of construction and safety standards · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
