This is a hands‐on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be an important part of the branch, working closely with customers and teammates to keep things running smoothly.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
* Serving customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable support
* Processing sales and handling enquiries both in-store and over the phone
* Assisting with stock management, ordering, and merchandising
* Receiving and dispatching goods
* Helping maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised store
* Pitching in wherever needed to support the wider team

* A current driver's licence (essential)
* Forklift licence (an advantage, but not essential)
