As a Claims Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers navigate the claims process, providing them with the support and assurance they need during challenging times. Work Hours & Availability
This role operates on an 8‐hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. After the initial training period, you will transition to a hybrid work‐from‐home arrangement. You'll be based in Eight Mile Plains, Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do
* Assist our members with empathy and kindness, providing support and advice.
* Manage claims end‐to‐end, handling calls professionally and making accurate decisions.
* Discuss and negotiate settlement options clearly and honestly with stakeholders.
* Apply Product Disclosure Statements and process documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance.
* Participate in coaching and training to build your and your team's capabilities.
