Our National 360 team in Dandenong is seeking an experienced Client Support Representative to support our Allied Health clinicians in delivering high-quality, client-centred services and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About The Role
As a Client Support Representative, we're looking for a warm, proactive, and people-loving individual. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for any referrers, families and new clients wanting to get started with allied health services for the first time. The Client Support Representative role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact beyond the first interaction. You'll support clients across Australia via phone and email as part of our national Client Support Team, while working locally in a supportive and collaborative office. In this role, you'll guide new clients through accessing allied health services funded by NDIS, Aged Care and private pathways.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the friendly voice on the phone and in the inbox, handling client enquiries, managing referrals, and bookings.
* Connect new enquiries to the allied health services we provide.
* Guide new clients through NDIS and other funding pathways, ensuring a supportive experience.
* Maintain and update client records, documentation, CRM, and data bases with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Help maintain an organised and client-ready office by supporting daily administrative operations.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and teammates alike.
Bring your personality, communication skills, and a love of helping others and we'll provide the rest!
