What You'll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you'll manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health services to adults aged ***** living with severe and persistent mental illness. You'll foster partnerships across sectors and ensure high-quality care aligned with NSW Health standards.
Lead clinical operations and service delivery for the Assertive Community Treatment TeamBuild networks with government and non-government organisations to support holistic careEnsure culturally responsive services for diverse populationsOversee compliance with Mental Health Act and Forensic OrdersDrive quality improvement, staff development, and performance monitoring

Essential Requirements
License: Current unrestricted NSW Driver's License
Qualification: Degree qualifications in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
Registration in line with Award requirements: Professional full registrations with AHPRA in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology or eligibility for membership with AASW. For Clinical Psychologist, Masters/Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with AHPRA full Registration
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in the management of multidisciplinary teams, achieving performance KPIs through management of activity, finances and workforce.Demonstrated leadership skills including implementing evidence-based planning and service evaluation relevant to the recovery oriented case management team model of careAdvanced clinical experience and knowledge in a community mental health setting and experience in health service managementUnderstanding and commitment to Recovery Oriented model of mental health careDemonstrated superior written, oral and interpersonal communication and time management skillsExperience in building partnership networks and working with government and nongovernment organisationsKnowledge of WSLH-MHS / NSW Health KPIs and willingness to ensure that team meets those KPIsDemonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust
