We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Patent Attorney. As a Trainee Patent Attorney, you will be responsible for working with clients to protect their intellectual property rights.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team of attorneys to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of patent law, including drafting, filing, prosecution, opposition, enforcement, defense, and dispute resolution. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from international corporations to start-ups and individual entrepreneurs developing cutting-edge technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, General Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Science & Engineering or Physics.
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply and directly.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
