We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a business-focused, experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Tamworth, specialising in industry-leading and well-respected brands.
You will lead and drive all parts personnel to ensure all customer expectations are exceeded, as well as maximise productivity and profitability of this department. You will have a history of achieving industry KPIs and the ability to work with and set department budgets.
* Astute business acumen, financial & budget management skills.
* Setting a clear vision for Parts Department to achieve targeted performance.
* Overseeing and analysing departmental performance to identify and implement operational business improvements, ensuring successful outcomes.
* Demonstrating effective leadership skills to monitor and mentor employees, developing their capabilities.
* Strong decision‐making ability, results‐driven with a focus on exceeding business objectives while ensuring consistent customer service excellence.
* Consistently adhering to and promoting company values and principles in all business and customer interactions.
* Ability to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sustainable business growth and customer retention strategies.
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with senior leadership, internal departments, and manufacturers.
* Strong mechanical and/or parts background.
* Strong management and manufacturer reporting skills.
* Proven management experience with strong mechanical knowledge in a dealership environment is essential.
