Lalli Consulting Engineers is looking for a friendly, organized and professional Receptionist to join our Perth office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy office, takes pride in delivering great customer service, and can keep daily administration running smoothly. You will play an important role in supporting our engineering, drafting & fieldwork teams across a range of residential and commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
Managing the main reception email account and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Answering and directing incoming calls
Greeting clients, suppliers and visitors to the office
Coordinating inspections and bookings with builders, clients and homeowners
Assisting with project bookings and initial job setup
Supporting the wider team with general office and project administration
Maintaining office presentation and assisting with stationery, printing and related tasks
What we're looking for
Previous reception and administration experience preferred
Friendly, professional and confident communication skills
Strong customer service focus and presentation
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Strong attention to detail and initiative
Sound Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
