Check Point is leading the next paradigm shift in cloud security and is looking for an experienced CSP Partner Development Manager to develop relationships and drive the success of our field partnerships with cloud service providers (CSPs) including AWS, Microsoft, and Google, and their partners.
As the ANZ Cloud Partner Development Manager within Check Point, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy through building alignment with AWS, Microsoft, and Google APAC teams, driving mindshare, and evangelizing our priority initiatives.
Responsibilities include developing joint ANZ-focused CSP & Check Point Partner Development plans and managing strategic field relationships, focusing on the agreed priorities.
This involves driving executive sales alignment, product team alignment, marketing support, field and channel relationships, tracking progress, and enabling partners.
By establishing and growing business and technical relationships and managing daily interactions, you will help drive revenue growth, deepen partner engagement, and increase market adoption.
The ideal candidate will have a business background that enables engagement at an executive level, experience with CSPs in ANZ, and a sales background facilitating interaction with enterprise sales executives and channels.
Strong strategic thinking about business, products, and technical challenges, as well as the ability to build compelling value propositions and Go-To-Market plans, are essential.
Additionally, candidates with strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with large global (ANZ-based) conglomerates, and knowledge of Cloud infrastructure architecture and the enterprise software landscape will be preferred.
*CSP - Cloud Service Provider includes AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute joint-field business development plans aligned with Check Point APAC *CSP alliance goals, tracking progress and ensuring strategic alignment. Focus on engaging with AWS (^DSOR & CPPO), Microsoft, and Google partners.
Conduct partner sales enablement, certification plans, marketing, and Marketplace Private Offers processes to ensure successful customer engagement and implementation. Build strong daily engagement and drive quarterly business reviews. Co-present at *CSP partner activities to increase awareness of Check Point Cloud security solutions. Monitor and resolve partner escalations promptly. Collaborate with CloudGuard Pre-sales, Solution Architects, and SaaS Business Unit to create and drive revenue opportunities. Engage with the ANZ leadership team, preparing and delivering regular *CSP Partner Development reviews. Qualifications Prior ANZ-based *CSP Partner Development Management experience is beneficial. Experience working with *CSPs on GTM programs around co-sell and marketplace, especially in ANZ. 5+ years in IT security sales and managing global enterprise accounts or channel partnerships, with MEDPICC knowledge as an advantage. 5+ years in business development within the software/technology industry. Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences. Good technical understanding, with a track record of promoting emerging technologies like open-source software and virtualization. Creative thinking to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategies with *CSPs, Check Point, and customers.
