What You'll Need
* Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
* Reliable, honest, and positive attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Experience in caravan, automotive, or metal fabrication industries (advantageous but not essential)
* Welding or fabrication experience (for trade roles)
