Job Title: Yardsperson / Storeperson – Goldbeer Modular Homes (Morisset, NSW)

Goldbeer Modular Homes is a family based modular home builder located in Morisset, NSW. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, quality, and delivering exceptional, custom‑designed homes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Yardsperson / Storeperson to join our team.
About the Role
This position plays a key part in the smooth operation of our factory and yard. You will be responsible for managing stock, maintaining clean and organised yard and storage areas, and supporting our team with materials handling and logistics. The role requires someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to build a long‑term career in warehousing, logistics, and yard supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels, track inventory, and resolve any stock issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard and storage area
- Unload supplier trucks and load company trucks using a forklift
- Prepare and dispatch materials for site deliveries
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, trades, and suppliers
- Work collaboratively with the team while also being capable of working independently
- Support general yard duties and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Knowledge of the building industry preferred, but quick learners with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
- Someone who demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a positive work ethic
- Current forklift and drivers’ licence (essential)
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Load and unload equipment from vehicles using safe loading and unloading procedures
- Perform general yard duties, maintaining facilities to ensure a safe and organised yard
- Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure a high standard of safety compliance
- Ability to work both autonomously and with other team members
- Be physically fit
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare assets and materials for delivery
- Perform lawn and garden maintenance as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy factory and yard setting
- Operate a forklift confidently and safely
- Unload incoming deliveries and load outgoing trucks
- Check delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy of goods received and dispatched
- Conduct regular stocktakes and notify the Factory Manager when products are running low
- Pick up stock or deliver goods to other locations when required
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a high standard of safety compliance
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current valid driver’s licence
- Forklift licence
- Ability to drive manual vehicles
- HR licence desirable but not essential
- Construction White Card
