Lifecare Homecare is seeking a Part-Time Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our referral network and elevate our impact across Australia.
This is a new National opportunity with autonomy to drive your own success.
About the Role
As our BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new referral partners, particularly Aged Care Package providers. You will build and nurture relationships that fuel sustainable revenue growth and lasting impact. You'll play a key role in advancing Homecare's strategic vision while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identifyand pursue new customer targets through strategic outreach and relationship-building
Lead sales efforts including cold/warm calling, in-person meetings and the development of persuasive, results-driven proposals and
End to end sales pipelinemanagement
Negotiate and execute contracts and SLAs aligned with approved pricing and terms
Represent Lifecare Homecare at industry events and conferences
Plan and host branded events with leadership
Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams
Report on KPIs and growth metrics to senior leadership
Champion a culture of Customer Obsession across the Homecare team

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales and business development
Demonstrated Experience working within the Aged Care Industry including an understanding of Support At Home Cold Calling experience, highly motivated and resilient to bring in New Sales
Willingness to travel interstate
Successful applicants will undergo a National Criminal History Check
