* Remuneration: $45.35 - $49.47 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super+Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

As a Support Worker, You Will
* Support clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
* Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
* Provide in-home and community-based support to promote independence
* Encourage skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high‐quality care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
About You
* Transferable skills and/or study in a related field
* Strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families
* Valid Queensland Driver's Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
