Whether you're returning for another winter, joining from overseas, or stepping into your first leadership role, you'll help keep lessons running smoothly and guests happy while supporting and guiding our instructor team.
As a Snowsports Team Leader, you'll be on snow, highly visible, and approachable — helping instructors with operational challenges, coordinating lessons, and promoting safety and professionalism across the mountain.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and support instructors on-snow, providing guidance and real-time assistance
* Coordinate lesson line‐ups, class splits, group flow, and terrain selection
* Promote safe practices and monitor snow, weather, and terrain conditions
* Troubleshoot day‐to‐day operational challenges and elevate complex issues
* Communicate priorities, updates, and instructions clearly to the team
* Foster a professional, approachable, and high‐performing team environment
What You'll Bring
* APSI Level 2 certification (or recognised international equivalent – see ISIA)
* Minimum two seasons of Snowsports teaching or coaching experience
* Strong communication skills and English fluency
* Calm, professional, and approachable leadership style
* Passion for Snowsports and supporting team development
* First Aid Certificate and previous leadership experience (desirable)
