About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive Administrative Officer to support our busy building surveying practice. You'll handle essential office tasks, correspondence, document management, and play a vital role assisting with compliance paperwork and client communications. The role requires you to work both collaboratively as a key member of the team and independently when needed.
Key Duties:
* General office administration: answering phones, managing emails, filing and scheduling
* Preparing, formatting and distributing compliance documents and certificates
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and council officers regarding appointments and deliverables
* Data entry of inspection reports and correspondence into our systems
* Assisting with timesheet management and invoicing
* Maintaining digital and physical records in accordance with company and legislative requirements
