About the Role
Due to continued growth, a new position has been created in CTA's Finance team for an Accounts Receivable Officer. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will join an established and dedicated team of professionals to support the finance function of the business. The role requires you to undertake activities including, but not limited to:
Debtor management
Reconciling related transactions with those reported by our Clinical Trial Management System
General accounting services including bank reconciliations
About You
You will demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to nurture positive ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a professional approach in all activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bookkeeping Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor of Accounting (or working towards completion) or a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
Advanced Excel skills including the ability to filter and manipulate large volumes of data in a spreadsheet whilst maintaining quality control.
Ability to balance the need for efficiency with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication, customer relations and time-management skills.
Ability to participate in and contribute to a team environment.
Previous experience working in a Medical or Clinical Research organisation is highly desirable.
Previous experience with MYOB Advanced is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
The successful applicant will also be required to supply a current National Police Check.
