We're thebox — a boutique, strategically driven, creative agency based in Busselton. We're looking for a Junior Video Editor & Content Creator to produce high‐quality video and digital content across multiple platforms.
What you'll be doing
* Filming and producing creative video content for multiple platforms
* Creating and editing case‐study videos for thebox website
* Capturing behind‐the‐scenes footage of creative development
* Editing and producing podcast episodes
* Developing social‐video content aligned with our strategy
* Creating and editing TV commercials and client video productions
* Keeping digital assets and project files organised
* Collaborating with the crew to keep content aligned
You'll be great in this role if you
* Have a creative, story‐first approach
* Sweat the details — audio, pacing, colour, captions, etc.
* Can work autonomously but enjoy being part of a crew
* Are professional on set and in client environments
* Are organised, adaptable, and good at juggling multiple projects
* Keep your timesheets up to date (daily)
* Treat gear with respect and keep equipment in working condition
Skills & experience
* Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Solid experience in video production and editing
* Understanding of social platforms and what "good" looks like on each
* A portfolio that shows what you can do (and how you think)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
* Basic WordPress knowledge
* Confidence with lighting, sound, and camera ops
Non‐negotiables
Culture fit, can‐do attitude, service mindset, sleeves‐rolled‐up approach. You must live in the South West and be able to commute daily to the Busselton HQ. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
