A luxury retailer based in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join the team. This is a high-performing, client-focused environment with a strong Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking customer base - and they need a leader who can deliver at that level. About the role Full accountability for store performance, KPIs and sales targets Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver a premium customer experience Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling Communicate directly with Mandarin and/or Cantonese-speaking clientele in language Uphold brand and presentation standards across the store at all times What we're looking for Proven experience as a Retail Manager, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese - essential Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team on the floor A genuine passion for retail and delivering an elevated client experience The package $70,000 - $80,000 base salary (dependant on experience) Superannuation Bonus and commission structure If you're a commercially sharp, people-first retail leader who can connect with a premium clientele in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese - we want to hear from you.
