Join the DECJUBA DREAM TEAM as a Brand Marketing & PR Assistant!
In this role, you'll report to the Brand Marketing Manager, supporting brand marketing, influencer collaborations, PR, and event initiatives for DECJUBA, DECJUBA Kids, D-LUXE Basics and DECJUBA Foundation. You'll work closely with the broader Brand Marketing team, as well as the wider CX team to bring brand storytelling to life and ensure a seamless brand experience across all touch points.
With a passion for fashion marketing and storytelling, a keen eye for trends, and a proactive approach, you'll play a hands‐on role in driving brand and PR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Marketing
* Assist the Brand Marketing Manager with seasonal storytelling and identifying key product moments and trends.
* Support local area marketing efforts, including managing the brand marketing inbox.
* Assist the Brand Copywriter with internal and external communications, including product storytelling and broader CX initiatives.
PR & Events
* Assist the PR Specialist with incoming media and influencer requests, managing the PR inbox and tracking coverage/tags.
* Assist the Events Manager with internal and external event coordination, including operations and communications in the lead‐up to events.
* Conduct research and identify PR opportunities with micro and macro influencers.
* Support media research and outreach, including developing press assets and assisting with pitching.
* Organize and manage all creator assets (renaming, filing) for easy access by the wider CX team.
* Assist with talent briefs, including product lookbooks, styling, and content delivery.
* Manage product orders and send-outs, including PR kits, media samples, and influencer packages.
* Assist with event references and supplier research for CX initiatives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, influencers, stylists, media outlets, and journalists.
ABOUT YOU
* Tertiary qualification in brand marketing, PR, or communications preferred.
* Retail experience and knowledge of the fashion industry are a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Interest in the influencer and media landscape, social media trends, and best practices.
* Passion for branding, fashion styling, and marketing.
* Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and hands‐on approach.
* Thrives in a fast‐paced environment with a solutions‐focused mindset.
* Confident in building relationships and managing stakeholders across all business functions.
* Happy to get hands on and is enthusiastic to learn and grow across multiple brand marketing verticals
* This role requires good handwriting and a valid driver's license.
