An established and growing financial planning practice is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser to join its high-performing team. Opportunity
Working alongside a collaborative team of advisers and support staff, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships while providing tailored financial advice across a broad range of wealth management needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering holistic financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments and wealth creation
* Managing and growing a portfolio of existing and prospective clients
* Building trusted, long‐term relationships through exceptional client service
* Identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and support business growth
* Collaborating with internal support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
* Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within a financial planning or wealth management business
* Strong technical knowledge across superannuation, retirement planning and investment strategies
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* A client‐first approach with a passion for delivering quality advice
* Ability to manage client relationships independently and confidently
* Relevant qualifications that satisfy current Financial Adviser requirements
* Experience using Xplan or similar financial planning software will be highly regarded
