Job Description
The Client Onboarding Analyst will respond to all incoming queries professionally and timely, manage onboarding instructions, and follow up on outstanding client issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client onboarding – new trading accounts
* AML / KYC and FATCA verification checks
* Reconciliations and uploading static data to the system
* Processing account closures and deceased estates
* Liaising with various business units and external vendors
* Adherence to regulatory requirements
* Cross‑training in other operational areas
* Participate in projects
Qualifications & Experience
* 1 to 3 years of back‑office experience in broking/wealth management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Interest in the Australian equities market
* Proactive and team‑focused mindset
